Key Responsibilities

• Respond to 60-80 incoming calls from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
• Ask pertinent questions, listen actively, and document required information in our computer systems to ensure seamless issue resolution.
• Occasionally reputed company outbound calls to customers for follow-reputed company, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and their needs are met.
• Navigate and utilize reputed company computer system applications to access customer information, resolve issues, and provide personalized support.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, handling a minimum of 50 calls daily while upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2 years of equivalent work experience is also considered.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service over the phone.
• Familiarity with computer applications, including reputed company Office (Word and reputed company), and the ability to learn new and reputed company systems.
• Ability to commit to 3-4 weeks of reputed company with 100% attendance, working from home in a virtual environment.
• Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours (5:00 AM - 11:00 PM CST, Sunday - Saturday), with occasional overtime during peak seasons.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in the reputed company or insurance industry.
• Familiarity with virtual learning environments and virtual working setups.
• Experience with digital platforms and systems, including web, chat, and email.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design is a plus.
