About the Team and Role

As an Associate Manager - Paid Social, Growth Marketing, and Consumer Acquisition Specialist, you will be a key member of this team, responsible for managing the performance of digital channels for our DashPass media and supporting the management of our growing digital team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-million dollar monthly digital budgets across digital paid marketing channels, including Paid Social (reputed company, Snap, reputed company), App Display, and new test channels
• Work closely with our in-house team to optimize media buying and reputed company aggressive targets in a cost-effective manner
• Establish channel forecasts and budget recommendations, with the speed and ownership to adjust tactics and strategies quickly based on learnings and opportunities

• Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels, including budget pacing, LTV, and CAC
• Manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance, including A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and bidding algorithm tests

• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure goals are met and align with the company's overall mission and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience with paid social and other digital marketing channels, including managing large budgets and optimizing campaign performance
• A BA/BS degree and 5+ years of reputed company search performance marketing experience
• Direct, hands-on experience managing media buying, optimization (Paid Social, App Display, Online Video), and strategic planning, either at an agency or in-house
• Deep familiarity with CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform marketing reputed company
• High proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets, as well as a strong grasp of A/B testing and metrics-driven performance marketing
