Hybrid Patient Monitoring Technician (Part-Time)

Overview

Responsibilities is to observe and report high risk behaviors that may interrupt medically necessary therapies as well as patient safety and/or perceived changes in the patient’s condition to appropriate health care team members. Responsible for documenting the observed behaviors and need for redirection. Will function under the direction of the Program Manager and/or Team Coordinator. Focused on promoting positive patient experience by partnering with the patient’s family, and other care providers to provide an excellent patient experience. Reviews pertinent information and behaviors. Provides patients with explanations as necessary but does not counsel or provide opinions or judgment. Provides on site staff with information in a timely fashion reputed company patient appears to pose a threat to themselves or others. Participates in a collaborative identification and reporting of patient safety issues. Assures patient environment is safe. Seeks assistance with removal of any potential safety hazards from room and reports findings to the appropriate staff members. Maintains patient dignity and privacy. Works collaboratively and professionally with reputed company other reputed company staff and providers, patient, patient’s family members to ensure an excellent patient experience. Responsible to document in patient EMR at a regular reputed company per department policies/procedures. Education

• High school diploma or equivalent Required
