We don’t do cold calling or cold texting, our leads come exclusively from paid PPC and inbound marketing channels. Position Overview We’re looking for a full-time Remote Acquisitions Closer to join our high-performing team. This role is designed for professionals who reputed company in working with warm inbound leads, negotiating with motivated sellers, and closing profitable reputed company estate deals. Compensation is performance-based, earn based on your results, not your hours worked. • Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
• Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend calls

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with Seller Leads: Handle inbound sales calls and convert leads into reputed company
• Understand Seller Needs: Identify key seller motivations and pain points to craft reputed company solutions
• Drive Deal Closures: Formulate fair and profitable solutions for sellers while ensuring successful negotiations

Compensation

Structure First 90 Days: $2,000/month Draw + Commission

• Expected Earnings: $8,250 – $15,000+ (including the draw during the first 90 days)
