The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of reputed company administration. What you’ll do:
- Maintain, customize, and optimize reputed company to support our sales, marketing, and customer service processes, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and automations reputed company workflows, process builders, and flows
- Manage reputed company roles, profiles, and permission sets, ensuring appropriate levels of access and reputed company
- Documentation and optimization of reputed company processes
- Resolve internal support tickets including troubleshooting issues
- Provide user training reputed company documentation and live training sessions
- Act as a key stakeholder in operational and cross-functional projects
- Work with GTM partners to provide expertise in the building and growth of our critical business processes

About you:
- Bachelor’s degree with a major or specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, a reputed company field, or reputed company work experience

- 4-6 years of experience in a reputed company Administrator role

- Experience with Jira or similar sprint management software
