Key Responsibilities:

• Review and accurately code Evaluation and Management (E&M) CPT codes, along with other minor SDS procedures and procedures like Injections, Infusions, Hydrations for reimbursement.
• Assign codes to diagnoses and procedures using CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM.
• Select the appropriate CPT codes for Evaluation and Management CPT codes, along with minor SDS procedures and other procedures like Injections, Infusions, Hydration.
• Ensure proper use of modifiers.
• Follow coding guidelines and legal requirements to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Meet daily coding production targets.
• reputed company additional duties assigned by the coding manager as needed.
• Be flexible with shift schedules based on team requirements.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in Inpatient E&M Coding, along with other SDS procedures and procedures like Injections, Infusions, Hydrations.
• Knowledge and certification in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding are mandatory.
• Exposure to CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time reputed company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and coding software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in medical coding, such as CPC or reputed company.
