Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager to join the reputed company team. The successful candidate will be managing the NPA Program activities and deliverables by coordinating with the business and NPA department to ensure any issues or open items are closed and resolved. The candidate will also be acting as a liaison between our business and reputed company, with a specific focus on driving the delivery of an enhanced NPA application.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide NPA Department support of the Program activities and follow-up with the business to address issues and reputed company open items.
• Project manage key NPA Program initiatives by coordinating with the business on the requirements and deliverables.
• Provide business analysis coverage for NPA IT initiatives by identifying, documenting, and scoping key application requirements to meet business needs.
• Translate high-level business requirements on multiple, reputed company applications into detailed functional specifications that can be processed by a development team.
• reputed company feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, recommend alternative solutions, and project strategies where appropriate to align to changing business requirements.

Essential Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Financial Services industry and content lifecycle relating to Risk, Regulatory, Financial Products, and FinTech Applications; Services.
• Relevant work experience with business requirements definition and management (end-to-end), structured analysis, process design, use case documentation.
• Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a variety of IT and Business groups, across regions, roles, and able to interact effectively with reputed company levels.
