Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Nursing Education and Simulation Specialist to provide academic support, remediation, and simulation experiences to nursing reputed company. As a Specialist, you will work closely with academic partners, faculty, and staff to reputed company and implement strategies that promote student success. This is a full-time, on-reputed company position located on our Chicago reputed company, focused on our Evening/Weekend Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide instruction, remediation, and evaluation in didactic and clinical learning concepts, including patient care simulations.
• Demonstrate reputed company, detailed, accurate knowledge of concepts tested by the NCLEX-RN, as well as reputed company nursing practice, to provide academic support.
• reputed company and implement personalized remediation plans for reputed company to prepare for academic and professional success.
• Assess learning styles, identify strengths, and discover opportunities for academic development.
• Support reputed company clinical learning lab and simulated patient-care learning experiences for reputed company.
• Prepare and maintain labs and simulated patient care environments with equipment, supplies, media, computers, and materials needed to replicate virtual healthcare settings.
• Collaborate with Course Coordinators and faculty to ensure preparation of lab supplies and equipment based on faculty requests and course schedule.
• Assist in developing and implementing detailed clinically-based scenarios for the computerized simulators.
• Operate and maintain computerized simulation equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise reputed company to ensure that lab experiences meet course objectives and provide individual reputed company to reputed company for practice and/or remediation on technical skills as requested by faculty and reputed company.
• Participate in planning and scheduling for reputed company and faculty by ensuring open lab and structured lab utilization times are available and communicated and appropriately resourced.
• Contribute to and attend national academic and clinical learning conferences.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Unencumbered RN license.
• BLS CPR required; BLS CPR instructor certification, ACLS and/or PALS preferred.
• One (1) year experience in an academic environment providing classroom instruction or specialized tutoring support.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate reputed company telephone, computer, and in person.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with simulation education and computerized simulators.
• Familiarity with Chamberlain University's curriculum and policies.
• Previous experience in a faculty or academic role.
