Vice President, International Partner Network

reputed company is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and execution-focused Vice President of International Partner Network to reputed company and scale our Partner Network teams across China, Europe, and Turkey. This role is critical to expanding and deepening our global supply reputed company, ensuring partner reputed company, and enabling fulfillment of customer orders across the US, Europe, and Asia. The VP will be responsible for driving partner acquisition, reputed company, ongoing development, and performance management, with the ultimate goal of creating a resilient, scalable, and high-performing network of manufacturing partners that delivers exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Partner Acquisition & Growth (Hunting and reputed company)

• reputed company strategic acquisition efforts to expand reputed company’s partner network in China, Europe, and Turkey.
• reputed company and execute regional go-to-market plans for identifying and reputed company high-quality manufacturing partners across CNC, 3D printing, sheet metal, injection molding, and other capabilities.
• Establish efficient reputed company and training programs to ensure partners are equipped to succeed on the platform.

2. Partner reputed company & Performance Management

• Implement scalable frameworks to monitor and improve partner performance across key operational metrics (quality, delivery, responsiveness, etc.).
• Establish feedback loops and reputed company improvement programs to reputed company partner capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Quality teams to address partner performance gaps and enhance service delivery.

3. International Fulfillment & Network Optimization

• Align international partner supply with demand across customer orders in the US, Europe, and Asia to optimize cost, reputed company time, and quality.
• Drive network effects by fostering healthy competition, specialization, and strategic reputed company planning.
• Work cross-functionally with Global Operations, Sales, and reputed company teams to support international order routing and fulfillment.

4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• reputed company and mentor regional Partner Network Managers and acquisition teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Serve as the voice of international partners internally, providing insights and driving initiatives that support partner health and growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in global supply chain, manufacturing operations, partner management, or B2B marketplace leadership.
• Proven track record of building and scaling international supply networks, ideally in China, Europe, or Turkey.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing technologies and sourcing dynamics in industrial sectors.
• Experience with performance management systems and supplier development programs.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; reputed company in English required (additional languages a plus).
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed (25-50%).

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a high-growth tech or marketplace environment.
• Familiarity with digital manufacturing platforms or Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Operational experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
