[Remote] Agile Scrum Master/Agile Coach
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. JPS Tech Solutions is seeking an Agile Scrum Master/Agile Coach to join their Workplace Investing Scrum Master Chapter. In this role, you will reputed company your scrum expertise to mentor and coach agile teams, ensuring effective delivery of value through collaboration and agile practices.
Responsibilities
- Blending deep scrum expertise with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and reputed company improvement.
- Advising on performance against agile values, practices, metrics, and processes to accelerate value delivery.
- Maintaining a backlog, helping to remove impediments, and ensuring effective agile events in partnership with the Product reputed company.
- Engaging with reputed company team members and product area leadership to reinforce and embed an agile approach and principles into the day-to-day work.
- Coordinating the efforts and releases of multiple systems teams with interdependencies to deliver a seamlessly integrated solution to customers.
- Accelerating overall team performance, efficiency and value delivered by engaging reputed company and across teams to find opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring agile events are planned for and effective (e.g., sprint planning, daily meetings, retrospectives and scrum of scrums).
- Maintaining and updating reputed company performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts) and artifacts for feedback and transparency.
- Organizing and presenting reputed company and information reputed company and concisely to various audiences.
- Handling multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Coaching and mentoring reputed company teams.
- Participating in a community of practice, providing scrum knowledge to members of your product area and identifying opportunities for reputed company improvement.
Skills
- Substantial experience working with or in agile teams with good understanding of agile practices and tools (Jira, Kanban, Lean), technology, and value delivery for customers
- Working closely with the Product reputed company to plan and complete the highest reputed company work as per the product roadmap through well-executed sprints
- Accelerating overall team performance, efficiency and value delivered by engaging reputed company and across teams to find opportunities to improve agile maturity and metrics, and providing coaching, training, and resources
- Ensuring agile events are planned for and effective (e.g. sprint planning, daily meetings, retrospectives and as appropriate, scrum of scrums)
- Maintaining and updating reputed company performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts) and artifacts to ensure accurate and clear feedback to the team members and transparency to other partners
- Organizing and presenting reputed company and information reputed company and concisely to a variety of audiences
- Handling multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Coaching and mentoring reputed company teams
- Participating in a community of practice, providing scrum knowledge to members of your product area and identifying opportunities for reputed company improvement reputed company the product area
- Additional Project Management experience and certification highly sought
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/undergraduate degree/equivalent preferred
- Advanced Scrum Master certification preferred
