Job Summary

As a Customer Care reputed company at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for comprehending, researching, and addressing Employer and Job-Seeker questions and concerns. Your primary goal will be to help our customers reputed company reputed company in their recruitment efforts, providing exceptional support and guidance every reputed company of the way.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound Employer and Job-Seeker phone calls and process reputed company basic support inquiries, properly transferring calls to appropriate teams and departments as needed

• Handle a large volume of Sales and Support inquiries reputed company chat and email, forwarding inquiries as necessary

• Assess potential Terms of Use and Product Guidelines violations, forwarding pertinent information to the Compliance Department

What You'll Need

Compensation and Benefits

The US reputed company salary for this full-time position is $20.75 per hour. Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
