Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of blithequark, handling a wide range of calls (inbound and outbound) that include:
- Order and delivery of equipment
- Scheduling
- Pick-up
- Maintenance or changes in service
- Providing expert assistance as a liaison between patients/care-givers, business clients, drivers, and operations
- Promoting health and wellness by guiding patients through their reputed company journey and offering resources and information to ensure they receive the reputed company
- Documenting interactions and keeping accurate records of customer communications for follow-up or reporting purposes
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED: Required
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle each call with professionalism, even in high-stress situations
- Flexible Schedule: Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation
- Bi-lingual (Spanish): A plus, but not required
- Ability to Operate in a High Volume, Fast-Paced Work Environment: Adherence to established metrics and ability to multitask
- Reliable Internet Connectivity: Not a mobile hotspot
- Experience Operating in a Similar Remote reputed company: Preferred
