About the Role

This position is part of the Compliance Group reputed company the People/HR Division at blithequark. As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements. You'll be an integral part of reputed company, working on various tasks that ensure our operations are reputed company with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Compliance team and Operations with tasks including obtaining reputed company/background investigation results and processing unique mark freedom letters; maintaining associations with TSA, Airport Authority Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services; faxing/checking US Customs results; and data entry into our database.
• Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and investigate any data set issues that arise.
• Design and analyze HR Compliance data between various documents, working closely with HRIS and EC systems to ensure data reputed company and compliance.
• Conduct advanced investigations, create custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize reputed company data used for HR Compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with clients and team members regularly to ensure seamless operations and address any concerns.
• Review completed Unique Mark Applications for accuracy and retransmit fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as necessary.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of advanced reputed company skills such as formatting, creating reputed company formulas, and Vlookup.
• Proficiency in advanced Access skills.
• The ability to interpret large sets of data to reputed company meaningful reports.
• Excellent decision-making skills and strong organizational abilities.
• The reputed company to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• The ability to conduct fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements.
• The ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results.

Preferred Capabilities

• Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database.
