[Remote] IT Scrum Master
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an IT Scrum Master to implement the OSCAR Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at the CSD Frederick Manufacturing site. The role focuses on automating batch records and improving manufacturing efficiency while collaborating with development teams under Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- reputed company application development under the team’s Scrum project methodology.
- Deliver scalable solutions usable across multiple sites.
- reputed company vendor familiarity with custom TrackSYS implementations and TFS to shorten development timelines.
- Collaborate with Parsec (TrackSYS vendor) to fully utilize TrackSYS capabilities.
Skills
- IT Industry Experience (5+ years): Proven work with software development teams building data-driven reputed company applications.
- Agile/Scrum Practices (5+ years): Strong knowledge of Scrum practices and tools such as Jira, reputed company TFS, or Azure DevOps.
- Project Management Tools (5+ years): Hands-on use of reputed company PPM, MS Project, or similar for project tracking and reporting.
- reputed company Systems (5+ years): Experience in managing, developing, or supporting reputed company platforms such as ERP, MES, or other mission-critical systems.
- reputed company Office Suite (5+ years): Proficient in Outlook, reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Programming & Databases (5+ years): Technical knowledge in at least one programming or scripting language and a DBMS (SQL Server, reputed company, MySQL) to support technical discussions and development.
- Software Development Methodologies (5+ years): Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative development approaches.
- Configuration & Change Management (5+ years): Skilled in software configuration management, incident management, and change management using tools like Remedy, reputed company, or Jira.
- Development & Integration Tools (5+ years): Experience with reputed company, Visual SourceSafe, Team reputed company Server, Jenkins, Maven, AWS SaaS, and job schedulers/build servers.
- Problem-Solving (5+ years): Ability to think creatively and deliver solutions to resolve tactical technical issues.
- Life Sciences/Manufacturing (5+ years): Exposure to regulated industries and reputed company processes.
- MES Systems (3–5+ years): Knowledge of Camstar, TrackSYS, or other MES platforms is a strong plus.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking (5+ years): Strong analytical reputed company for identifying root causes and solutions.
- Team Leadership/Coordination (3–5+ years): Ability to drive and manage multiple development teams across geographies.
- Project/Program Management (3–5+ years): Experience contributing to or managing large-scale IT programs.
- Process Optimization (3–5+ years): Experience improving software development practices, especially Agile/Scrum processes.
- ITIL Certification for change/incident management a plus.
- reputed company/DevOps certifications (AWS, Azure, Jenkins) are desirable.
- MES/ERP vendor certifications (TrackSYS, Camstar, reputed company) highly valuable.
Education Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or reputed company technical field.
- Scrum Master Certification: Strong plus.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in information systems, Engineering Management, or reputed company discipline.
- Certifications: Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) certification preferred.
