Key Responsibilities

  • Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and software applications
  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy environment
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, with a strong understanding of healthcare principles, practices, and regulations
