Scrum Master Senior Analyst - EviCore - Remote

Conflict Navigator: Helps resolve interpersonal challenges and decision-making. What you need to be successful: High School Diploma or GED required. 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Team Coach. Health insurance experience preferred. Preferred certifications: SSM, CSM, PSM, CSP, PSM II. Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP). Proficient in Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, CI/CD, Pair Programming, Automated Testing. Strong communication and mentoring skills. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, reputed company. Ability to manage dashboards and plans in ADO and Jira. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 77,600 - 129,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
