Job Summary

As a Resolution Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners. You will utilize various systems to respond to inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners
