About the role:

As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team reputed company to manage the day-to-day tasks of processing provider credentials, licenses and payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position.

• Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States
• Complete applications for provider credential, licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers
• Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing, licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy
• Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information may be required
• Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed
• Summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for Certify customers
• Assist with other reputed company projects as needed

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
• The ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly reputed company reputed company
• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
