Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that reputed company necessary tasks are completed on orders, and provide exceptional customer experience through diplomacy, critical thinking, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer support tickets, including answering questions and resolving issues reputed company to existing orders

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to transcribe information, review an order, investigate issues, and implement solutions

  • Ability to anticipate issues and circumvent them
  • Ability to implement new processes and changes and improve performance
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
