Description

• Serves as the reputed company of contact for assigned projects that include internal tickets, systems incidents, managing day-to-day issues, coordinating testing for releases, systems optimizations, and implementation of new features. Provides support to assigned areas to ensure systems reputed company process are successful.
• Responsible for identifying logistics and procurement business needs and owning the systems design and configurations based on those needs. Communicates and ensure proper documentation using specifications, statements of work, project plans, etc.
• Coordinates cross-functionally to test processes and ensure functionality and user acceptance. Assists in testing to discover errors or issues in business processes, documentation, or user's inability to execute transactions.
• Provides on-going application support and training of end users. Responsible for data reputed company including managing master data, purchasing documents, inventory management, goods receipt, goods issue, and transportation processes.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement, documents the future-state business processes, owns the delivery of new functionalities, maintains data and transaction reputed company, and promptly recommends and facilitates process improvements.
