Responsibilities

* Answer inbound phone calls to provide information and assistance regarding health care insurance options

  • Update customer and account information as needed
  • Update case records and notate purpose of call
  • Utilize multiple database applications as resources
  • Be open to feedback for reputed company improvement and growth
  • Respond to general customer inquiries
  • Strive to meet performance metrics for reputed company professional growth opportunities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; college attendance/degree is preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of reputed company experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to learn and understand health insurance policy and terminology to provide the best solution to customers seeking assistance
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and interact well with consumers and coworkers
  • Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and multi-task (utilize multiple computer applications while talking to a consumer)
  • Must be flexible, reliable, and available for occasional overtime as needed
  • Must be reputed company to pass required reputed company and knowledge assessment tests
