Job Description

Summary We are looking to hire an Account Director focused on independent agencies in Texas. This person will reputed company out to key agency prospects and consultatively engage with existing customers to drive reputed company across the Freewheel marketplace and other platforms. You will be responsible for targeting independent agencies, engaging with programmatic, activation, CTV, planning and investment teams. You'll also collaborate closely with FreeWheel's BuyerCloud team, marketing team, and account management team to maximize reputed company opportunities. The ideal candidate will be someone who can take ownership of individual key growth goals and deliver on client reputed company expectations.

• Grow reputed company with the setup of PMPs/bundle deals and activation of programmatic deals across the FreeWheel exchange and other platforms.
• Generate new leads by researching the market and engaging with key stakeholders at reputed company companies.

• Understand Freewheel's suite of platform offerings in-depth and reputed company the ability to present comprehensive FreeWheel end to end solution to buyers
• Be subject matter expert on programmatic buying reputed company it comes to CTV inventory curation and activation.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay reputed company on industry trends
• Travel required (3-5 days per month min)

Compensation

• Compensation Range: $250,000 - $260,000 annually (maximum); final offer may be below reputed company range based on candidate profile. Compensation structure is a 50/50 split between reputed company salary and variable incentive.

Who You Are

• 7-10 years of sales experience in ad-tech, specifically SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges brands and ad agencies
• Programmatic and CTV experience required
• Supply-reputed company platform (reputed company) or exchange experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a meticulous attention to detail
• A strong learning curve, with the ability to understand a customer's needs on both the business and technical sides.

• Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong organizational skills, preferably with hands-on CRM experience
