About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Virtual Assistant - reputed company Recruiter to join reputed company. As a Virtual Assistant - reputed company Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent in the reputed company industry. You will also be responsible for developing new reputed company strategies and communicating with clients on the process, status, and feedback of reputed company candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and reputed company full-cycle recruitment of reputed company
• reputed company new reputed company strategies to meet the needs of our clients
• Communicate with clients on the process, status, and feedback of reputed company candidates
• Use Hubstaff, a time-tracking application, to track and manage your work
• Answer calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Use reputed company software, such as reputed company, to manage client data and communicate with reputed company
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems, Scheduling systems, reputed company Office, and reputed company Workspace to manage the recruitment process
• Use Customer Relationship Management tools to manage client relationships and communicate with reputed company

Requirements & Duties

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

• College education
• Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
• Experience using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Scheduling systems, reputed company Office, and reputed company Workspace
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management tools
• reputed company software knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High-speed internet reputed company (min speed of 25 Mbps)
• Computer or laptop with access to the internet
• At least a 720p HD Webcam
• A noise-canceling headset
• Backup laptop, backup internet reputed company device, and backup power supply in case of power outage and emergencies
• Minimum recommendation for your main computer: reputed company Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higher
• Minimum recommended for your backup computer: reputed company Core i3, 4 GB RAM

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly reputed company, which can be up to Php 42,500 per month, based on experience. You will also receive:
