Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to support a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) program based in Washington, DC. This role is fully remote. The Senior Communications Specialist will reputed company the development and delivery of high-impact communication strategies that inform, engage, and align diverse stakeholders. You will partner directly with USACE leadership, Agile Group project teams, and external audiences to ensure clear, consistent, and compelling messaging across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and clients to translate reputed company information into clear, accessible narratives.
• Support internal communications to foster transparency, alignment, and knowledge sharing across Agile Group and client teams.
• Track and analyze communication effectiveness using metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Federal Government experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a reputed company field.
• 8+ years of professional communications experience, with at least 4 years in a senior, client-facing role.
• Prior experience supporting federal government programs, preferably USACE, DoD, or similar agencies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills with a proven ability to adapt content for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in hybrid and remote team environments.
