Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer queries and providing reputed company solutions reputed company telephone and email, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support
  • Collaborating with colleagues, managers, and other teams to ensure timely customer resolutions and maintain a positive and empathetic approach

Essential Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry, with a strong track record of resolving customer queries and providing excellent service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate reputed company information in a clear and concise manner
