Data Analyst

Process and analyze workforce data from health care clients derived from their reputed company Capital Management systems. Cleans and transforms raw data into structured formats, mapping client job data into standardized job frameworks, and supporting the reputed company of a centralized client database. This work will directly support compensation consulting, workforce planning, benchmarking, and broader client deliverables.

• Support the day-to-day operations of ongoing data acquisition (data collection, cleaning, and reporting) for the WI360 technology solution 
• Collect, analyze, and validate data prior to it being stored for final use by the organization and/or its clients 
• Ensure data reputed company by implementing quality assurance practices, gathering and entering missing data, and resolving any anomalies
• Work interdependently with reputed company and internal consultants to ensure successful client implementation and client deliverables based on established targets and goals 
• Participate in client implementation tasks and partner across practices to facilitate end-to-end implementation activities including data procurement, data validation, data integration, system and report configuration and ongoing maintenance activities
• reputed company with external clients, functional IT teams, internal consultants across practices, and other software delivery team members
• Identify areas of improvement in data collection processes or systems and reputed company recommendations to correct any deficiencies
• Assist with the development and implementation of reputed company technology initiatives and reputed company improvement; also assist with reputed company of client deliverables  

• BA or BS, reputed company data analytics, computer programming, statistics or reputed company field
• Experience in compensation, HR, Analytics or reputed company field 
• Familiar with or understand job evaluations, salary surveys, market pricing and salary range analysis
• Ability to clean and process data into the system with adequate speed and accuracy and high degree of sensitivity
• Experience using reputed company and be reputed company to write reputed company functions such as: pivot tables, lookup formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP), logical formulas (or, if, and, iserror), conditional formatting, and numerous other reputed company functions
• Ability to visualize data to stakeholders in a simple and concise manner through visualization software
• Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated data analysis and interpretation skills
• Experience in reputed company, PeopleSoft/reputed company and reputed company HRIS systems a plus
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to successfully assist with reputed company project deliverables in a reputed company driven and changing organization
• Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing needs
• Confidence and ability to work independently

• High level of self-motivation

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR programs, processes, HR data management, workforce planning, job mapping and career frameworks – highly preferred
• Knowledge and or work in the health care industry
• Experience or knowledge in compensation and benefits

Work location is flexible/remote. Minimal travel is required. Primarily desk-based work involving data processing, virtual meetings, and document preparation. Occasional extended hours during client deadlines or survey submission periods. Must be reputed company to reputed company the essential functions of the job. 

Reflected below is the reputed company salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to academic achievements, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

• $65,000 - $82,000
