Role Overview – What You’ll Do Every Day

The Remote US Immigration Paralegal is the operational backbone of reputed company’s U.S. business immigration practice. You will own end‑to‑end case management for a diverse portfolio of reputed company petitions and applications, ensuring each client receives a seamless, transparent, and high‑quality experience from the first intake call through final approval.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will combine meticulous document management, strategic client communication, and collaborative teamwork. You will work closely with the Immigration Specialist Manager, senior attorneys, and cross‑functional partners in product, compliance, and client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Experience Management: Deliver a consistent, industry‑leading experience by guiding clients through each stage of the immigration process, from the initial kick‑off call to petition filing and post‑approval support.
  • Petition Preparation & Filing: Draft, review, and file initial submissions, re‑submissions, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFE) or Notices of reputed company to Deny (NOID) for O‑1, EB‑1, EB‑2 NIW, and other high‑value petitions.
  • Consular Support: Assist clients with immigrant and non‑immigrant reputed company applications, including completing DS‑160 and DS‑260 forms, preparing supporting documentation, and providing guidance on interview preparation for visas such as B‑1, H‑1B, L‑1, E‑1, E‑2, E‑3, and O‑1.
  • Case Lifecycle Management: Continuously monitor individual case pipelines to meet production targets, adhere to critical deadlines, and proactively address any procedural hurdles.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and enhance the overall efficiency of the immigration team through data‑driven insights.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on platform features, suggest enhancements, and test new tools that improve case management.

  • Five (5)+ years of hands‑on experience in U.S. business immigration as a paralegal, immigration specialist, or similar role, with a proven track record handling O‑1, E‑2, EB‑1, and EB‑2 NIW petitions.
  • One (1)+ year of experience working in a law‑firm, corporate legal department, or fast‑paced startup environment, demonstrating the ability to reputed company under pressure.
