Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience Management: Deliver a consistent, industry‑leading experience by guiding clients through each stage of the immigration process, from the initial kick‑off call to petition filing and post‑approval support.
- Petition Preparation & Filing: Draft, review, and file initial submissions, re‑submissions, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFE) or Notices of reputed company to Deny (NOID) for O‑1, EB‑1, EB‑2 NIW, and other high‑value petitions.
