About the Job: Data Entry Clerks / No Experience (Remote) We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join reputed company as remote data entry clerks. As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for alternative investments. Your primary focus will be on processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing corporate activity activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity. Key Responsibilities:
- Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
- reputed company daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for alternative investments
- Process corporate activity activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
- Analyze reputed company/escalated issues and reputed company testing/validation of new technology enhancements and provider changes
- Collaborate with retail and institutional service teams using email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company
- Embodiment of TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily interactions with fund companies, transfer agents, counterparties, and other external business partners
Duties Analysis:
- Review of subscription deals or transfer requests
- Client/Advisor amount exceptions
- Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconciliation of Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
- Reconciling across BOS and Fund Companies
- Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding
Troubleshooting:
- Internal/External system improvements or issues
- Root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.
- Providing method or technology solution alternatives to Management
- Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Counterparty Firm Client or Business Partner
- Answering business partner inquiries regarding Fund information requirements/eligibility
- Providing follow-up on Substitute Investment moves to expedite the customer request or remediate not reputed company issues
