The Role

We're seeking an reputed company Senior Manager of Forecasting to join our Customer Service (CS) team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering contact forecasts that drive cost-effective and comprehensive global reputed company planning solutions for our CS network. Essential Qualifications

• Strong technical skills, including SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools
