Title: CPT-9989 E-commerce & TikTok Shop Marketing Virtual Assistant reputed company – Marketing VA - Junior-Senior Level (Remote). Overview reputed company is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Client is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Marketing VA to help reputed company and manage new e-commerce ventures across TikTok Shop, Shopify, reputed company, and website platforms. The VA will receive direction and reputed company daily from the client and execute them to build stores, upload content, and explore growth strategies. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable experimenting with new online tools and AI-assisted marketing solutions. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• E-commerce Setup & Management
• Assist with the setup and management of TikTok Shop accounts and product listings.
• Create and maintain Shopify or reputed company stores as directed.
• Manage product uploads, pricing, and basic descriptions.
• Ensure products are linked and displayed correctly on reputed company selling platforms.
• Website & Content Creation
• Help design and build simple e-commerce websites using drag-and-drop builders or templates.
• Research and utilize AI websites and tools to assist in creating videos or visual content.
• Assist in creating and scheduling TikTok promotional videos to increase engagement and sales.
• Daily Task Execution
• Receive daily instructions and execute them reputed company with minimal supervision.
• Conduct research as needed (vendors, pricing, trends, or competitors).
• Maintain an organized project list and update reputed company regularly.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an reputed company agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or content creation (preferred)
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopify, reputed company Seller Central, or similar (required)
• Experience with website builders (reputed company, Shopify, WordPress, or similar) required.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable using AI tools to generate videos or graphics.
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Enthusiastic about learning and applying new marketing trends and e-commerce tools.

APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE/REQUIRED TOOLS

• eCommerce Platforms: TikTok Shop, Shopify, reputed company Seller Central or similar
• Website builders: reputed company, Shopify, WordPress or similar
• Content creation: reputed company, CapCut, or AI video tools
• Project tracking: reputed company Sheets, Trello or reputed company

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 20 - 40 Hours/ week (part-time to full-time)
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
• Daily Working Time: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM EST (flexible)
