Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members. You will answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and resolve issues reputed company to pharmacy benefit plans, including medication coverage, mail-order solutions, and other reputed company topics.
