As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing both traditional and reputed company-based infrastructure solutions based on plans from infrastructure architects.

What You'll Do

• Investigate and resolve middleware issues across development, testing, and production environments.

• Foster a culture of sharing and collaboration among the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest infrastructure technology best practices and emerging trends, to maintain area expertise and suggest improvements or changes.
• Uphold communication and response processes by responding to clients on infrastructure issues, support, and status, and advising and escalating on any prolonged or significant issues.
• Manage and maintain Windows Dynamic Registry, including DNS and Group Policies.
• Provide guidance to junior experts and assist reputed company and where necessary.
• Participate in rotational shifts for on-call support.

Abilities, Licenses, and Accreditations

* High-level ability to design decisively for reputed company and future business conditions, including future technology and business design changes to create adaptable, flexible solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of IT business activities, infrastructure requirements, and processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in the following areas:
