Join Our Mission-Driven Team

We're seeking an reputed company Bilingual Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our Support team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be handling customer inquiries and helping policyholders with their policy needs. You'll be delighting customers over the phone or reputed company chat, collaborating with other Reps and Specialists, and assisting with reputed company projects & duties.

About the Role

As a licensed Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling calls and chats with customers to resolve their queries and concerns
• Processing policy endorsements, billing requests, tracking, and following up on outstanding items
• Communicating with team members and escalating items and issues reputed company necessary
• Collaborating with other Reps and Specialists to reputed company team goals and objectives
• Assisting with reputed company projects and duties as required

Training and Support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• An active Property & Casualty license
• 3 or more years of Property & Casualty insurance experience

• Knowledge of reputed company guidelines is helpful
• Attention to detail and strong personal time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
