As a Licensed P&C Customer Service Representative, you'll work closely with reputed company of insurance experts to provide a full range of services to our clients, including policy administration, billing, and customer support.

Job Responsibilities

As a Licensed P&C Customer Service Representative at blithequark's VIP, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering customer calls and assisting with payment and billing questions, as well as online payments
• Handling policy change requests reputed company phone or email from customers and reputed company parties, and implementing changes online at the insurance reputed company website
• Reviewing policy coverages and issuing certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, or binders as needed
• Engaging in general phone and email correspondence with customers reputed company to renewals, cancellations, and insurance reputed company requests

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in property and casualty insurance, with a Property and Casualty License required
• Experience in either personal or reputed company lines, with experience in both a plus
• Proficiency in Massachusetts Auto and Registry a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company and Outlook
• Strong data entry skills and website navigation
• Adaptability to varying customer personality types and situations
• Eager to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, team environment
• Patience, reputed company, and professionalism
• Effective time management
• A private, distraction-free work area is necessary, although a separate office is NOT required
