The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through thoughtful listening, utilizing your knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
- Simplify the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of blithequark's products and services, building confidence and loyalty in our customers.
- Support customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, customer service, E-services, reputed company, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries, and other duties as required.
- Engage Tier 3 support (network and IT), reputed company-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and provide customer resolution.
- Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service with ease and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, spanning multiple networks and elements, while staying up-to-date with changes to technology and applications.
- Get customers up and running with the latest products and services, such as reputed company cards, USB devices, and reputed company-provided software & applications.
- Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service.
