Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative/Call Center Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing inbound and outbound sales support calls to assist in sales support for our clients
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to reputed company satisfaction
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
