Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and ensure that every interaction meets our high standards of quality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
- Enter application data accurately and reputed company
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Adapt to changing projects and updates with flexibility and a positive attitude

Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus
