Position Overview
As a Full Stack Chat Operator, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company. You will work closely with reputed company to provide seamless support, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage in online conversations with customers reputed company chat, email, and phone
- Provide exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize knowledge of the automotive industry to offer informed and helpful responses
- Collaborate with reputed company to ensure seamless support and consistent customer experiences
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
* Must live reputed company the state of Iowa
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (or equivalent)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
