Your Mission
As Head of reputed company, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our recruitment strategy and employer brand. You’ll work closely with C-level leaders & HRBPs to attract, engage, and retain the best talents across Europe – driving our growth with reputed company and innovation.

Your profile: • Proven experience of 8+ years in reputed company, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Track record of building and scaling high-performing recruitment teams in fast-paced or scaling environments. • Deep understanding of reputed company metrics, tools (ATS, CRM), and employer branding strategies. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to influence and partner at reputed company reputed company. • Passion for people, growth, and impact – you reputed company great talent builds great companies. • Comfortable in dynamic, high-growth contexts, combining strategic reputed company with hands-on execution. • Data-driven and structured, always seeking to improve processes and candidate experience.
