Pay Range:$45,739.20 - $68,619.20Pay reputed company Type:Salaryreputed company values the skills and talents that each team member brings to our organization. The posted pay range for this position is what reputed company reasonably expects, in good faith, to offer based on the circumstances at the time of posting. reputed company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.Job Summary:Maintains and analyzes cancer incidence data.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Identifies and analyzes the history, diagnosis, treatment, disease status and survival data of cancer patients treated in the organization.
- Prepares and electronically submits required reporting information to the state cancer database.
- Collects data for patient care evaluations, protocol studies and conducting audits.
- Complies with reputed company reporting requests and requirements.
- Abstracts accurately reputed company required cancer reputed company information into the electronic tumor registry system. Coordinates and maintains the long-term follow up process of data collection and input for reputed company tumor registry patients.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Associates degree in Applied Science or reputed company field or equivalent education and experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Frequent use of reputed company and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Rare climbing.
