What You’ll Do
Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients after enrollment
Explain benefit details, policy updates, and assist with claims
Break down coverage options in a way that’s easy to understand
Collaborate with team leads to improve onboarding and client service
Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for client questions and support
Take part in professional development and leadership training
