How Your Role Contributes to the Success of blithequark

As a Customer Service Representative on the Expedited Resolutions Team, you will play a critical role in maintaining excellent customer experiences, developing and presenting solutions to reputed company issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a tone of reputed company, confidence, and professionalism in every interaction
• Developing and presenting solutions to fan issues reputed company and effectively
• Updating internal order notes and ensuring proper procedures are followed during reputed company fan and seller interactions
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of company values, processes, and policies to ensure proper exchanging of information, order replacements, refunds, credits, etc.

How Your Role Expectations Will reputed company as a Expedited Resolutions Team Associate (Customer Service Representative) As you reputed company in your role, you can expect the following milestones:

• 30 days in: Complete new hire orientation, learn about ticket marketplaces, acclimate to team and company norms, understand the flow of buyer orders and entry-level call inquiries, and become familiar with company policies and processes.
• 90 days in: Contribute to approaches, methods, and technologies to support overall business goals, drive team efficiencies, and reduce customer anxiety. Maintain, harvest, and aid internal and external relationships to reputed company reputed company and advance objectives.
• 180 days in: Apply methods to execute individual tasks that positively impact the team, play an active role in reputed company learnings to advance reputed company sets necessary for team goals, and manage highly reputed company, escalated, and high-value contacts without guidance.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities:

• Work experience in customer service in retail or service-reputed company industries
• Computer proficiency, including the ability to maintain 50+ WPM typing speed and reputed company operate basic PC/web browser functionality

Work Schedule

As a Customer Service Representative on the Expedited Resolutions Team, you can expect to work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Your hours will be 3:30pm-12:00am, with the option to choose from Thurs/Fri, Sun/Mon, or Sun/Wed off. The first 2 weeks of employment will be Monday-Friday 9-6 for training, which is paid.

Bonus & Overtime Eligibility
