Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at reputed company times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives (in the future)

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and consistent reputed company
  • A dedicated workspace with a direct reputed company to the router (NOT Wi-Fi)
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • The ability to work in a virtual environment and attend virtual training sessions
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (in the future)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of claims processing and medical terminology

Compensation and Benefits

  • A salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
