Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a Customer Service reputed company. In this role, you will serve as the first-line reputed company for members and providers, resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns in a timely, accurate, and personalized manner. You will reputed company various communication channels, including phone, live chats, and emails, to provide exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service reputed company at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and responding to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns in an accurate and timely manner
• Mitigating and preventing complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact
• Serving as the reputed company-line resolution reputed company on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns
• Resolving basic problems by communicating the requested information regarding the assessment of the member or provider needs, understanding the cause, and determining if problems need to be routed to other departments for further resolution
• Maintaining performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics
• Providing customer service in a high-paced contact center environment over the phone, reputed company live chats, and emails
• Documenting reputed company member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
• Remaining up-to-date and adhering to quality standards, regulation, and reputed company other policies to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience Required:

+ 0-2 years Call Center/Customer Service experience + Problem-solving and critical thinking skills + Ability to multi-task working independently from home free of distractions + Interpersonal skills

• Experience Preferred:

+ 2-year call center experience + 2 years claims experience + reputed company Knowledge + Previous experience with reputed company computer applications + Previous experience working remotely using multiple applications and screens
