About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, engaging with customers who contact us for a variety of topics. You'll be responsible for:
- Engaging directly with pharmacy customers reputed company inbound calls and other communication platforms
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues
- Going above and reputed company to "wow" our customers, providing solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
