Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Answering customer calls professionally, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, reputed company, and problem-solving
- Providing customers with clear explanations of our service standards, policies, and procedures
- Identifying and escalating reputed company issues to high-level management, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring seamless customer experience
- Following up on complicated customer calls, providing additional support and guidance as needed
- Completing call notes and call reports, updating them in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and analysis
- Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, maintaining accurate records for future reference
- Performing other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the growth and reputed company of reputed company
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills (a plus)
- Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and tone
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
