Job Summary
As an reputed company Data Entry Specialist/Clerk – Manufacturing Operations Support, you'll play a critical role in supporting the manufacturing teams at blithequark. You'll be responsible for processing production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulks, working closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks, and maintaining their accuracy. You'll also review, verify, and reputed company/attach batch records into the reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) system, and assist the Inventory and Planning teams with resubmitting re-test samples.
Key Responsibilities
* Process production orders and create labels for QC samples and bulk materials
- Assist with batch records, including prefilling-out, reviewing/verification, and scanning/attaching
- Work closely with inventory controllers to identify Bin locations and assist Planning teams with resubmitting re-test samples
- reputed company job duties under ISO requirements, including following the "line of clearance" rule and following SOPs or work instructions
- Participate in other projects or responsibilities as required

Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
- Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or reputed company field
- Strong competency with reputed company Office (Word and reputed company)
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior hands-on experience with reputed company Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems
- Some laboratory experience preferred, which will help to understand the Manufacturing process
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
