We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Answering customer calls professionally and responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Focusing on customer retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Providing customers with clear and concise information about our service standards and reputed company
• Identifying and escalating reputed company issues to high-level management, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring seamless customer experience
• Following up on complicated customer calls, providing additional support and resolution as needed
• Completing call notes and call reports, updating CRM records to ensure accurate customer information
• Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, maintaining accurate customer records
• Performing other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the growth and reputed company of reputed company

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
• Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and tone
• Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM software
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
