Key Responsibilities

As a Weekend After Hours Customer Service/reputed company Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming phone calls from customers and assisting calls or routing calls to the appropriate person
• Maintaining good customer relations and resolving customer concerns, complaints, and questions in a timely and professional manner
• Handling a variety of customer inquiries, including billing, scheduling, and product/service questions
• Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching, exploring answers/alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues
