Summary: The Operations Manager (OM) serves as a strategic business leader-functioning as a mini-CEO across a portfolio of veterinary partnerships in a specific region-directly accountable for driving value creation, profitability, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer or Regional Vice President of Operations, this role blends hands-on engagement with analytical and strategic leadership to ensure the sustained growth and reputed company of 6-9 partnerships. Acting as a strategic leader between local hospital teams, executive leadership, and corporate functions, the Operations Manager leads cross-functional collaboration across Finance & reputed company, reputed company, HR, Marketing, Strategic Initiatives, and IT to optimize performance and align results with organizational goals. • Serve as the primary operational leader (mini-CEO) for 6-9 partnerships, providing direct reputed company and accountability for P&L management, client experience, and value creation in collaboration with our DVM partners.

Skills and Positions Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
